Project description
SARC Architects was awarded the 1st prize in an invited competition for the new part of the Oulu city hall administrative building. The compact mass of the entry creates a new urban square in front of the building and preserves as much courtyard as possible. The historical surroundings is respected by using the existing materials of the site, plaster and stone. 2009.
