Project description
Ruoholahti is one of the most visible office areas in Helsinki with good services and traffic connections. Ruoholahden Sulka (Ruoholahti feather) has a glass covered inner courtyard surrounded by office space which makes orientation in the building easy. The ground floor houses the hall, a canteen with meeting rooms and commercial spaces facing the street. On the 7th floor there is a meeting room with sauna premises. The office space is very flexible: it can easily be divided into smaller departments and there can be open space or separate rooms. The facades are glass and brick – the traditional building material in the area.
